A Special Education Advocate is someone who can help a parent(s) or guardian(s) to understand the special education process. Special Education Advocates can provide information about Special Education options and requirements, help you to seek a specific service or program for your child, and work with parents and school districts to help secure appropriate educational services that meet all of a student’s educational needs.
A Special Education Advocate is not an attorney. Advocates do have knowledge and expertise about the special education process as well as state and federal special education laws.
For direct advocacy services contact us to schedule your free, one hour initial consultation to help prepare for any upcoming Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD)/IEP or Section 504 meetings.
We can be reached by phone, email, or the Contact Form on the Contact Us page.
The home state for Personalized Learning Solutions, LLC is Texas. However, we help parents across the United States. Visit the Consulting Services page to see a list of school districts in Texas and school districts outside of Texas that we have helped parents in.
If you are a parent of a child with a disability or know a parent of a child with a disability who needs assistance navigating the Special Education system please refer them to Personalized Learning Solutions so we can offer assistance in helping to prepare for any upcoming ARD/IEP or Section 504 meetings.
