The U.S. Department of Education is planning to visit Texas again early next year. The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), a division of the U.S. Department of Education, has reviewed the Correction Action Plan submitted by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) in April but wants to see additional corrective actions by the state.
