A signed Advocacy Services Agreement with payment must be on file before services begin. Payment of fees can be done with cash, check, credit card, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment plans also available. Personalized Learning Solutions currently advocates locally for parents in the Houston Metroplex. Travel to other parts of Texas or other states is on a case by case basis with associated travel fees. Personalized Learning Solutions is available to attend meetings via telephone and video (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype) conferencing outside the Houston Metroplex.
